 GameArts announced Picotto Knights for PS Vita, a new free-to-play side scrolling action RPG with in-game purchases. The game will support up to 4 players, it is possible to play in solo and borrow characters from your friends. There will be growth elements, regular updates and over 400 characters in the game.
